Chuck Okonek has worked in the grocery business off and on since the early
1970's. As of 1998, he has worked 12 of those years in the Schmitz
organization. He started with Jim and Julia Schmitz.
If this gentlemen can't help you with a special item or problem, it may
be "Mission Impossible". Chuck is the grocery department manager
